OVERVIEW
I am excited for this to be my first runcation to share with ya’ll! We will be staying oceanside at The Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa. It is a luxury Kauai beachfront resort located on the east side of the island in Kapaa town. Experience great smaller beaches that aren’t too crowded with coastal views. Dining at Oasis where you can enjoy mesmerizing sunsets while you dine on some of Kauai's most delicious local ingredients. You will get to experience a true Hawaiian Luau one evening along with a buffet dinner. We will take day trips to kayak to some of the world’s most beautiful waterfalls, and hike the Na Pali cliffs. The Waipouli Beach Resort is the perfect location on the Island, halfway between each end of the island and only 10-15 from the airport.
Directly across the street is the Kauai Village Shopping Center, and the Coconut Marketplace (with over 60 shops and restaurants) is only a short walk away. Run, bike, and walk along the newly opened Kauai oceanfront bike path that offers breathtaking Hawaii views starting in south Kapa'a and winding North downtown all the way to Kealia Beach. Group runs will be provided daily along with my coaching for the week. I will give advice on paces, speed workouts, strength training, and more!
